We deliver secure, efficient, and personalized trading solutions to High-Net-Worth Individuals(HNWI) and institutional clients across Europe. Our Warsaw-based team is expanding, and weare seeking a proactive Sales and Account Manager to help grow our business whilemaintaining our commitment to regulatory compliance and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead Generation & Sales:
○ Identify and engage new HNWI and institutional clients across Europe and the EEA.
○ Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting clients in cryptocurrency, iGaming, tradFi, FX, and private banking sectors.

● Compliance & Lead Screening:
○ Possess a strong understanding of compliance requirements for VASPs, including regulatory restrictions across jurisdictions.
○ Pre-screen potential leads to ensure adherence to regulatory standards before onboarding.

● Account Management:
○ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
○ Provide personalized onboarding support and ensure a seamless client experience.
○ Deliver ongoing account management, offering tailored trading solutions and proactive problem-solving.

● Market Engagement:○ Represent Coinchange at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote services and expand our market presence.
○ Stay informed on cryptocurrency trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide value-added insights to clients.

● Negotiation & Client Support:
○ Negotiate competitive trading rates and terms tailored to client needs.
○ Ensure timely and professional communication with clients, identifying market opportunities and offering comprehensive trading solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in OTC sales or cryptocurrency exchange sales, with a proven track record of success.

● Experience working with HNWI and institutional clients.

● Strong understanding of compliance requirements and ability to pre-screen leads based on regulatory standards.

● Ideally, a book of business to bring to the role.

● Background in iGaming, tradFi, FX, private banking, or OTC trading is advantageous but not essential.

● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals.

● Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts while ensuring compliance.

● Willingness to travel across Europe and the EEA for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

● Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
Compensation:
● Base Salary: €50,000 – 70,000 per annum.

● Performance Bonus: 10% commission on new client revenue.

● Transition Bonus: 20% commission on revenue from any existing business brought to the company.
