There are certain banks that Plaid does not have connections with, and some supported banks can occasionally run into issues with Plaid. If you’re unable to find your bank account, Plaid does not support a connection with your bank and you will not be able to link a bank account to Coinchange. The bank must be linked through Plaid, we cannot link your bank account using account details provided to our support team.

If you’re able to find your bank but are having trouble logging in, the issues are likely originating from the personal online banking portal at your financial institution. Check your login credentials, the email address saved at your bank, the phone number saved at your bank, and please try again. If you’re confident that you’ve entered the correct credentials and still cannot log in, please wait and try again at a later time, as the problem may be due to Plaid connection issues.

If you are unable to log into your bank account through Plaid and have attempted to do so multiple times or if your bank is not supported on Plaid, then you can still transfer in funds through a crypto or wire transfer to trade and earn.
